We recommend volume licensing as the best way to stay on top
of your licensing, which means that instead of buying 25 copies of Microsoft
Office you buy one CD and 25 Licenses and then Microsoft keep an eye on how many
licenses you have through their online database. This method of licensing is
followed by all of the larger software manufacturers and we usually find it to
be the best option.
If you are a school or government body you may be entitled to
special rates on software from certain manufacturers - Microsoft for Example -
and if you are a charity then you can sometimes even get most of your software
for free.
