SOHO VoIP

VoIP allows secure phone or fax calls to be made using the internet and can be directed from one point to another just like sending an email. We install broadband onto your existing BT line (if you haven't done so already) and install a device that we plug your phone into. When you pick up the phone, you are then on your office phone network. We give you an extension number on your office phone system that then goes via the internet to your house and makes your home-office phone ring.

The telephone & network devices we install can support two or four phones (depending on the model) and include a free 0870 number (an additional one is available for just a few pounds amd 0845 numbers are also available.) Once you have your numbers there is no rental charge and they are yours to keep! There is a page showing all of the technical specifications here.

For larger companies, more information is changing hands more quickly and must also travel from one site to another by Phone, Fax, Email or other. These communications are a mounting cost and so with our Virtual Private Networking (VPN) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) we can allow different company sites to communicate with no call costs other than the line rental of the internet connection. The router can also plug into a PBX at your office allowing your remote workers to receive free internet calls from your company switchboard, see an example here.

The service includes an optional connection to the sircles.net head office which enables you to use one of our email servers to see public calendar engagements and appointments as well as check your email from any internet connection. The system also brings you into direct connection to your support team allowing them to monitor and effect anti-virus and security procedures as required without having to await a site visit.
