Assuming that you are using your phone or some other device to reach this page.... (if you can see it on your own machine then the internet appears to be fine. ;-)
Are you connecting via a:) Wi-Fi or b:) Desktop or Laptop using a network cable?
If you are connecting via a cable and you are the only one experiencing difficulty Restart the PC
If you are connecting via Wi-Fi then try Try disabling and reenabling the Wi-Fi
If no one can connect to the web let us look at what kind of internet connection you have. Most commonly you would have either an ADSL (traditional broadband) router or as FTTC (Fibre) router which are very similar devices but the fibre router will give a faster service in most cirmcumstances. Either way they do exactly the same thing and interpret signals sent down copper cables into digital internet for you to browse. If you can connect to your wireless OK and you have a sign in the bottom right hand corner where you normally click to connect to WiFi that shows an exclamation mark then try simply powering-down the router and wait five minutes before powering the router back on.
