Moving your computing services into the cloud is something that nearly every company has done in some way whether they realise it or not. Whether you use Zoho CRM, SalesForce or MS Dynamics Online or you keep your accounts on SageOne or Xero or you just use Gmail for your email, you have already begun using the Cloud.
As long as you have a reasonable internet connection (i.e.the speed is consistent and the connectivity reliable) then moving into the Cloud is definitely something you should be considering.
Most of the customers that we have moved into the Cloud have been very satisfied with their move - the only issues we occasionally see stem from companies moving sites and finding that the internet is no longer as fast as they have become used to. Although this is generally a problem of patience rather than productivity.
If connectivity is a problem then there are options to use fast, local systems in the day with an overnight Cloud backup after everyone has left for the evening.
